Trade Show Field Notes

What we saw at CHAMPS.

An initial retailer resource list from August 26, 2026, prepared for Tennessee vapor-store operators. We will update this page as more catalogs and product materials come in.

Please Read Before Using This List

This is not an endorsement.

This page is an informational record of products, brands, and supplier resources we encountered through CHAMPS follow-up. Inclusion is not paid placement, sponsorship, endorsement, a recommendation, legal advice, or a guarantee that a product is appropriate for every retailer or may be lawfully sold in Tennessee.

Every retailer should perform independent due diligence and verify the current status and documentation of each specific product before purchasing, stocking, or selling it.

Retailer Due Diligence

Research the specific product before you buy.

A trade-show conversation, sales sheet, website statement, or appearance on this page is not enough on its own—especially for nicotine, vapor, hemp-derived, mushroom, ingestible, or otherwise regulated products.

  1. Verify the exact product and SKU—not only the brand or product category.
  2. Confirm current federal, Tennessee, and local requirements before purchasing or selling.
  3. Request current ingredients, testing records, COAs, labeling, and other product documentation.
  4. Review supplier legitimacy, insurance, recalls, return terms, pricing, and minimum orders.
  5. Ask an existing wholesaler whether it stocks the item, can special-order it, or carries a comparable option.

Initial Product Discovery

Products and suppliers identified through CHAMPS.

These entries are presented for further research. We have not rated, approved, or certified them.

Before Opening a New Account

Check with your existing wholesalers.

An existing wholesaler may already stock an item, be able to special-order it, or carry a comparable option. This can simplify ordering, shipping, account management, and product-documentation requests.

This List Will Continue to Grow

More materials are still coming in.

As manufacturers, brands, and distributors send catalogs, product sheets, ingredient information, compliance documents, and wholesale materials, we may add more resources for retailers to review. Future inclusion will still mean only that the resource may be worth researching—it will not make the company a sponsor, endorsed vendor, sales representative, or compliance authority.
